節氣物語丨大暑【賀外英特班特色欄目】
為了使學生不忘中國文化精粹，加深民族文化素養，賀州外國語學校國際部英特班秉承“心懷祖國、放眼世界、厚德載物、自強不息”的校訓，開設了“節氣物語”欄目。同學們組成節氣筆記小組，在老師的指導下，以二十四節氣為核心內容，將中國傳統文化以作文、繪畫、英語配音、詩詞朗誦等方式呈現出來，展現賀外學子的才藝與精神面貌。

大暑，是二十四節氣的第十二個節氣。
Great Heat is the 12th of the 24 solar terms.
大暑是一年中日照最多、氣溫最高、雨水最豐沛的時期；是雷雨天氣橫行的節氣。
Great Heat is the period of the year with the most sunshine, the highest climate and the most abundant rainfall; And it is the solar term of thunderstorm.
大暑期間，高溫多雨，卻十分有利于農作物成長，農作物在此期間成長最快。
During the Great Heat, it is hot and rainy, but it is very good for growth of crops. Crops grow fastest during this period.
大暑期間，飲食應以清淡為主，多喝水，常食粥，多吃新鮮疏果。
During the Great Heat, the diet should be light. We should drink more water, eat porridge often, eat more fruits and vegetables.
